User Data Deletion

To request deletion of data stored by Social Inbox, email support@tenhchat.com using the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Include the Facebook Page name and the email address used with the service. After verifying the request, we will disconnect the Page and delete associated stored account, customer, conversation, and message data.
