Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. You get the full TENH inbox free for 7 days. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it does not turn into a paid plan by itself — you choose a plan when you are ready.
Which channels can I connect?
Facebook Messenger, comments on your Facebook Page posts, and Telegram bots. Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok are coming soon. Each Page or Bot you connect counts as one channel in your plan.
Do I pay every month automatically?
No. You pay one time for the period you choose — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. There is no automatic renewal, so nothing is taken from you without you deciding.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your conversations and customer history stay safe. You simply cannot send new replies until you buy another period.
Does TENH work in Khmer?
Yes. The whole workspace switches between English and Khmer, and each teammate can choose their own language.
Can my team work in the same inbox at the same time?
Yes. Each conversation shows who is answering it, and everyone sees changes immediately, so two agents never reply to the same customer.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time, and you only pay the difference for the time that is left.
What if I need more channels or agents than a plan gives?
Use the Custom plan. You choose exactly how many channels and users you need, and the price is calculated from that.
Can my customers tell I am using TENH?

Who can see my customer conversations?
